The policy of Tristar Engineering & Construction (TEC) is to execute our work in a manner that provides a safe and healthy work place. In addition, TEC focuses on the prevention of injury and ill health to our employees, contractors and the general public through adherence to our EHS Management System.

  • Compliance with all the applicable federal laws, local legislation and regulations related to EHS.
  • Preventing and mitigating all kinds of environmental impact due ot he nature of our activities.
  • The settling of SMART Objectives and targets and systematic review of those objectives.
  • Continual improvement of our EHS management system.

The following principles shall be followed in order to achieve the above objective:

  • Line management is responsible to ensure that the machinery/equipment are safe employees work in accordance with the TEC applied EHS Management System.
  • We establish and incorporate EHS responsibility and accountability through every level to ensure strict adherence to occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
  • Compliance to EHS laws and regulations as well as EHS Policy is expected from all employees.
  • It is in the best interest of all parties to consider incident and pollution prevention in every activity by following the TEC EHS Management System procedures and policy guidelines.
  • The EHS policy will be reviewed periodically for continual improvement.
  • TEC will ensure the communication of EHS policy to its employees, subcontractors, clients, all interested parties and public at large.
